My name is Mata Taramai, and I believe what makes my ceremonies special is my gift for holding space for moments of celebration and sadness. I’m a loving and supportive husband and father and registered Wedding Celebrant.

My love story
My wife and I met in 1981 and married in 1987. This year we have been happily married for 36 years. We met in Moera, Wellington, and have 4 beautiful adult children who are the light of our lives. One grandson Levi-Lucas so far...
